Victoria ISD is pleased to announce that Leigh Ann Lynch, current Director of State and Federal Programs, has been selected to serve as the next principal of Dudley Elementary School beginning with the 2025–26 school year.

Lynch brings a wealth of experience in both campus and district leadership. Her career in education spans over two decades and includes roles as a classroom teacher, campus administrator, district curriculum coordinator, and district director. In each position, Lynch has focused on increasing student achievement, supporting instructional excellence, and building meaningful relationships with families and staff.

Her expertise in curriculum and instruction, coupled with her passion for coaching and mentoring educators, uniquely positions her to lead Dudley Elementary into its next chapter.

Lynch holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a master’s degree from the University of Houston-Victoria.

“I’m honored and excited to have the opportunity to return to campus leadership and serve the students, families, and staff of Dudley Elementary,” said Lynch. “Dudley has a rich history and a vibrant school community, and I look forward to working alongside the team to continue building a strong foundation for every student.”

Lynch’s appointment reflects the District’s ongoing efforts to match proven leadership with campus needs and priorities. Her experience in overseeing instructional programs and compliance at the district level equips her with a unique perspective to support student learning at Dudley.
